Huge thanks to everyone who participated! This was a delight!

Feedback is welcome, of course. I do have it on my calendar to run this again next year, and I'm very open to changing it up. Given that this year had twelve Regency stories and three Victorian stories, I might do it just as Regency. I'm also pondering flash vs. regular exchange. I'd really like to know how people felt about the opt-ins. And I know the rules are long and could potentially be simplified/condensed. I'd appreciate your thoughts on that and anything else related to the exchange.

I'd also like to keep Victorian! I thought the opt-ins were a good idea since DNWs were limited, and it's a nice, easy way of seeing what people are open to.

And I think it could work really well as another flash exchange or a regular exchange tbh!
